Projects from Plant Layout, Project execution, Installing the machinery and equipments and commissioning of the plant and streamline the production. We have vast experience of 27years in Steel Plant, foundries and Rolling Mill as well as industrial parts and machineries export.

Mr. Debashish Bhattacharya has started his carrier from M/s. Vikram steel Ltd, Rajkot, Gujarat, India as a melter in Steel melting shop from 1986. He has a vast experience of running, executing and implementing new technology in Steel Plant. He has almost 27 years of experience in this field. Worked with SRM. Steel Pvt, Ltd, Bhavnagar, M/s. Shreeji Concast Ltd, Bhavnagar, M/s. Inducto Metal Craft Pvt, Ltd, Bhavnagar,M/s. Grace Castings Pvt Ltd, Kadi, Dist. Mehsana, M/s. Shah Alloys Ltd, Santej, Dist. Ahmedabad.
 
Worked in Nairobi, Kenya, Africa from 2004 as General Manager with Poly Pipes Ltd, Nairobi, Kenya, M/s. Morris & Co, Nairobi, Kenya, M/s. Emco Billets and Steel Ltd, Nairobi, Kenya. Worked in Ethiopia With M/s. Abyssinia Steel Plc, Bebrezeit, Addis Ababa from 2007 to 2009. Again he went to Kenya and worked with M/s. Emco Billets and Steel LTD. Nairobi, Kenya to revive the plant as a General manager. He has vast experience of Project Execution, Planning, Erection and commissioning and Running the small and large scale Steel Plant, Rolling Mills and Foundries In India and Abroad.

Sai Enterprises has completed in India more than 25 projects of various capacities from 500 Kg to 30 ton capacity with 200KW to 12500 KW Induction Furnace for Ingots, Billets and foundry Castings. Installed Billet caster from 4/7, 5/11 and 6/11 sizes and done there maintenance also. We have done 4 projects in Kenya, 2 projects in Ethiopia, 1 project in Uganda and 1 project in Burkina faso. All those projects were steel melting shop with Rolling Mill.
 
We have also completed Pollution Control systems (fumes extracting system), for Fabrimetal Ltd. at Ghana & Fabrimetal at Kinsasa. Installed 8 ton induction furnace with continues casting system and one section rolling mill & revamped existing TMT rolling mill for Yogi Steels Ltd at Jinja, Uganda. At M/s. Vinayak TMT Bars Pvt Ltd, Dehgam, Gandhinagar commissioned successfully 22 Ton capacity Induction furnace with 12500 Kw capacity Induction furnace as well as 6 by 11 Billet caster with two strands in March ' 2016 which is producing 350 Ton average production per day which is being hot rolled in continuous rolling mill for TMT bars.
 
We have our export division. We export all materials related to Steel Plant like Induction furnace Spare parts, Ferro-alloys like Ferro manganese, Ferro silicon, silico manganese, aluminium etc. Mica sheet, asbestos sheet, asbestos cloth, white heat A, fire-create supper, Fire Bricks for Ladle and Rolling Mill re-heating furnace, silica ramming mass, Boric acid, fiber bearing for rolling mill, rolling mill rolls, all machinery for Rolling Mills. Cast Iron Moulds for steel Plant. All spares for Billet caster, Consumable for Billet caster.
